Minnetonka Home

This lower level was renovated by replacing the ceiling, installing new millwork and doors, custom
stained birch cabinetry and a Cambria window ledge. A gas fireplace was added with a fieldstone
surround and limestone hearth.

Orono Farmhouse

The unfinished, musty basement of this 100 year old house was transformed into a sunny recreation
room and an inviting laundry room with melamine cabinets and slate tile floors.

1910 Deephaven Lake Home

The homeowners added this library/study to provide work
stations for the entire family. Features include custom-made
desks, bookcases and window seat, vaulted ceiling with skylights and a cast iron fireplace.

1905 Minnetonka Beach Home

Quartersawn oak cabinetry with full height bookcases and custom millwork give this study an old
world feel. The stained glass window in the door provides a distinctive look.
