Long Lake Home
Weathered gray shakes and siding with contrasting white rafter
tails, corner boards and window trim give this house its Nantucket

Deephaven Home
This 1960s home was completely transformed by
installing a wall of large windows that open to the lovely
backyard views. A two-sided fireplace is the heart of the home. It features cherry wood paneling and wrap-around mantels, with
granite surrounds and limestone hearths on both sides. Other
highlights include American cherry flooring, custom cabinetry with
cherry wood next to white painted cabinets, and a wide use of
recessed and in-cabinet lighting.

Wayzata Home
The exterior of
this 1970s home was rejuvenated with a new portico at the front
entry, all new windows, cedar shake siding and millwork. Inside,
the kitchen was enlarged to add an informal dining area. The
existing garage was transformed into a stunning family room with a
mudroom/side entry/garage addition. New flooring, wall
covering and cabinetry transformed the lower level into a cozy living
space. New crown, casing and base millwork were installed throughout
the interior to bring this home a classic and timeless look.

Tonka Bay Home
Soffits, knee walls and columns were added to
define spaces for
this interior renovation. Wood beams at the
ceiling and mantel, as well as a new stone façade at the fireplace,
enhance the family room. Soft radius archways and new forged iron
railings give a classic look to the home. New front doors, and a
redesigned roof, update the front entry.

Lake Minnetonka Cabin
This cabin renovation features a new front door with a transom and
sidelights. Major landscaping added new steps, retaining walls and a
patio at the front entry. Large sliding glass doors and transom
windows were installed on the lake side. The floating cork
floor gives the living room and kitchen a soft warmth. A
large, maintenance-free deck with a new stair case makes the most of
the lake side location.

1920s Minnetonka Beach Home
The
exterior of this classic four-square was renovated by adding a
stone façade, cedar shake roof, cottage-style windows and a new
barrel-vaulted front entry. The interior renovation included the
addition of craftsman style cabinetry and an arched room divider,
along with new millwork and custom doors throughout.

Edina Home
This house was transformed from a contemporary 1970s décor to
an “old-world” Tuscan style home using hand-hewn timber beams, Venetian plaster
walls and a wrought iron railing. A new front entry roof supported by stained
wood corbels, and a custom alder door provide an inviting entry to this home.

 1920s Minnetonka Beach Cottage
The exterior of this lakeside home was completely redone with
clear cedar siding, fieldstone façade, cedar shake roof and
double hung windows. White painted window trim and corner boards offer contrast
to new cedar siding. The second story of this home was completely renovated
with the master bedroom enlarged and a master bath added.
